A beverage vending operation in GCC. Ten years on the ground in the Gulf started here — the licences, the distribution, the understanding of what a GCC buyer will and won't accept on a shelf.

A retail spice brand. A year and a half into operations, it became clear that establishing a strong brand identity in the e-commerce space required a much firmer foundation. The business was closed and the website taken down without sustaining any financial losses. While the operations were wrapped up to make way for a newly envisioned brand with a stronger foundation, the journey yielded invaluable industry experience in the online spice market.

The spice and premix manufacturing unit at Kumbidi, Palakkad. It has been exporting to Saudi Arabia and the UAE since it opened. This is the piece nobody else in this conversation has — a founder who works with me can put a product through a real line and into a real export market, not a slide deck.
