Finding the Market Gap

Need a co-founder for your business idea?

If you're looking for an Angel Investors in Kerala for business idea validation in Kerala, this is how it starts with me. Three months, no fee, and you keep your job the whole time.

My team and I take the idea apart. Is there a real gap in the market, or is somebody already doing it better? Can we actually build it, and what will it honestly cost? At the end we either build it together or we don't — and either way, everything we found is yours to keep.

Three months. You keep your job. Nobody pays anything.

The honest number

About one in a hundred reaches a yes.

I'd rather tell you that now than let you find out in month three. Most ideas don't survive month one — somebody is already doing it better, or the gap wasn't really there. The person who brought it is usually relieved.

It takes about fifteen days for me to know whether I want to work with someone at all.

THREE MONTHS

What actually happens with a
Angel Investors in Kerala

MONTH 01

Is there a gap?

Does this already exist? Who's selling something close to it — in Kerala, in India, and abroad? What are they charging, how are they reaching people, and where are they weak? Most ideas end here. That's a useful answer to get in four weeks instead of four years.

MONTH 02

Can we build it?

Whether my team and I can make this properly. What it costs, where it gets manufactured — sometimes my own unit in Palakkad, sometimes not. What licences it needs and how long they actually take. By the end of this month there's a number, and it's usually bigger than you expected.

MONTH 03

Yes or no

If it's yes, we build it together. I take 50% and I run the company day to day. You keep your job and your life. If it's no, that's the end of it, and the research is yours. No fee either way.

Why 50%

Because I run the company. Not because I gave advice.

I'm not taking half for introductions or a research document. You keep your job; I operate the business daily — the team, the production, the buyers, the problems that arrive on a Sunday.

If you want to run it yourself, you don't need me, and you should keep 100%. Money goes in only after the gap is proven, and only as much as it needs.

COMMON QUESTIONS

and Angel Investors in Kerala

Do you invest money in business ideas?

I don't start by writing a check. I start by working for three months to see if the business actually has a future. If we prove the market gap, then capital goes in for what it actually needs—not for vanity valuation. The investment is my operation and the team as much as the money.

What does it cost to work with you?

Do I need to quit my job during the three months?
